Joseph is the founder of Hapa Collaborative, a contemporary landscaping practice with a focus on creating livable communities.  In an urban environment full of traffic noise, towers, and concrete, and where public spaces are increasingly being diminished, having a garden such as was envisioned at The Concord is unique.

The Vision: The gardens will become the heart and distinguishing point of difference between our condo and all others in Calgary.  A private sanctuary place for owners to escape to and revitalize our social energy.

Joe studied under Japanese-American landscape architect Robert Murase, the influence of which can be seen in the concept design at The Concord.
